You´ve entered internal website for saving software modification of control units by passenger cars, trucks and agriculture vehicles. There are 2 main sections: 

• new order
• order overview

New order

After login you have to fill in all required information regarding your vehicle and its SW – you are not able to proceed without the input.  Technicians receive information as soon as you save it in the system. They downloads and sets software for you.

Orders overview

Here you can find all closed or still opened orders. When enter brand new order, you find it on the top of the page.

Orders may have 3 status:

• saved – order is correctly saved in system and waiting for setting
• solving  – software is setting by technician
• resolved – updated software was uploaded in the system, and you are able to use it / download it

As soon as the software is uploaded into the system, you receive a SMS message with information, that your order was succesful uploaded and now you are able to download it.

In case you want to change your phone number, email address, or other information, please click on button settings. Here you find your registration details -  billing address, registration number, phone number etc.
