There is no application or platform on your computer to work with the CUMMINS/JCB/CAT. It must be installed first.
Instructions:
The "Xena Suite" must be installed to ensure the connection between the order in the Partner System and your computer. Please follow the instructions for Google Chrome:
  1. Download the "Xena Suite"
    The "Xena Suite" installer can be found at this link. Click on it to save the installation file to your computer.
  2. Start the program installation
    A downloaded file named "xena_setup.exe" will appear in the lower left corner of the browser. When the download is complete, click on the arrow next to the file name and select "Open when done" from the menu.
  3. Installation Wizard
    Windows Security may ask you if you really want to run the program, click "More Info" and then click "Run anyway". Press the "Install" button to go through the installation.
  4. Last step
    After installation, click on the button
